Alongside your teaching, you will play a key role as a Form Tutor, building strong relationships, supporting students’ personal development, and acting as an important link between home and school. • A commitment to pastoral care and a willingness to lead a tutor group, supporting students’ academic and social development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, parents/carers, and external agencies.
