About You: As an HR Systems Administrator at Creative Education Trust, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our HR systems, working closely with the HR Systems Manager and wider HR and Finance teams to ensure our processes are efficient, accurate and continuously improving.

  • Be highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to learn and improve systems and processes.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and support colleagues at all levels.
  • Be confident working with HR data and HR systems, with a strong understanding of accuracy, reporting and data integrity.
  • Have experience of working with complex systems or databases, ideally within an HR, payroll or similar environment.
  • Be educated to A level or BTEC in an analytical subject or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with itrent.
  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd tier technical support to HR colleagues.
