Working Pattern: Term Time, 37 hours per week, 38 weeks plus INSET days (total working weeks of 39)

About You:
Ash Green School are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people to thrive. You will be someone who builds positive relationships with pupils, demonstrates patience and resilience, and brings a warm, encouraging presence to the classroom.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of providing support and guidance for young people.
- Demonstrable numeracy and literacy skills, equivalent to GCSE English and Maths at grades A*–C / 9–4.
- Experience of planning and managing tasks in a timely and effective manner and work to specified deadlines.
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities.
