About You
Caister Academy is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Community and Attendance Administrator. You will be passionate about supporting young people and understand the vital role that consistent school attendance plays in their success. In this critical position, you’ll work closely with school leadership and families to help improve attendance. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records will be essential as you help ensure vulnerable pupils feel supported, valued, and engaged in their education.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A full clean driving licence
- Maths and English GCSE to Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children, young people, parents and families within an education context
- Strong understanding of attendance legislation, safeguarding and multi‑agency working
- Strong time management skills
