We're looking for a Creator Partnerships & Community Lead to supercharge the next wave of our growth. You've helped build an FMCG or DTC brand from the ground up — turning creators into brand believers, content into conversion machines, and community into a flywheel.
This is a high-ownership role that blends creator strategy, influencer campaigns, and community building — and gives you a clear path into broader growth leadership. We've got budget to back bold ideas, and we're looking for someone ready to test what no one else dares to.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end strategy: outreach, briefing, gifting, negotiation, performance tracking.
- Build a high-impact seeding program (50–100 kits/month) with a focus on post rate and content reuse.
- Launch and scale our affiliate engine — from nano to macro — with clear weekly KPIs.
- Maintain an influencer CRM with performance data and relationship status.
Community Building & Brand Love
- Turn top creators and customers into a loyal tribe.
- Create viral, community-first moments and reward superfans.
- Experiment with shareable activations, grassroots tactics, and ambassador loops.
- Own the content calendar across channels (YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc).
- Produce brand-aligned content that educates, entertains, and sells.
- Optimize creative for discoverability: titles, hooks, scripts, and visuals.
You’ll be plugged into growth planning — working with founders and performance leads. As we scale, your role can evolve into a Head of Growth or Brand depending on your strengths.
Requirements
- Have 3–6 years in early-stage FMCG or DTC — bonus if you’ve worn multiple hats.
- Built creator or ambassador programs that drove real business results.
- Are creative but performance-minded — you love ideas and you measure them.
- Can manage creator relationships, write clear briefs, and turn feedback into great work.
- Thrive in a fast, resourceful, no-politics startup environment.
Why Join Us
- Own our creator, content, and community engine end-to-end.
- Real marketing budget to back bold, experimental campaigns.
- Build a next-generation FMCG brand with a high-agency, collaborative team.
