We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team, so if you are passionate about building high-performance digital platforms, then this could be the next role for you. You will work alongside multi-disciplined teams and clients to strategise and execute visually appealing, responsive, and intuitive experimentation programmes that help our clients drive user engagement, conversions and overall product success. This is a hybrid role based in our Central London office with flexibility to work from home for 3-4 days per week.
We need you to:
- Build and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications and user interfaces, ensuring tests are developed precisely to specification, with a keen eye on feasibility and potential impact.
- Enable and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation initiatives from a technical perspective.
- Develop reusable, modular components that support rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Embrace AI-enabled ways of working, using emerging tools and techniques to enhance productivity, experimentation velocity, and problem-solving.
- Integrate with experimentation and personalisation tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target).
- Ensure accurate event tracking and data collection for experiments.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to execute experimentation strategies.

You’ll have:
- 5+ years of experience within Development/Engineering and/or 3+ years of experience within Experimentation.
- Extensive experience with experimentation platforms – (Optimizely, Monetate, AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield).
- Proficiency in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and data visualisation tools.
- Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies and statistical principles.
- Proven experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Experience with Product-led Experimentation/Server-side Experiment would be a bonus.
- Experience of setting up and implementing experimentation and/or analytics platforms.
