I’m working with a highly respected independent branding agency looking for a Project Director to lead complex brand transformation, digital and innovation programmes.
This role would suit someone from a smaller independent agency environment who’s used to wearing multiple hats, building processes from the ground up and bringing structure to ambitious projects.
We’re not looking for someone who’s spent their career managing dozens of short-term projects. Instead, we’re looking for someone who thrives on leading large, detailed programmes over a sustained period of time — aligning teams, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring exceptional delivery from start to finish.
You’ll need:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Digital project experience and knowledge
- Experience setting up team processes and ways of working
- Expertise managing complex product and project workstreams
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Knowledge of AI tools, workflows and emerging technologies
- The ability to balance creative ambition, commercial realities and operational excellence
You’ll work closely with strategy, creative and leadership teams, helping shape not only project delivery but also how the agency operates and evolves.
Perfect for a Senior Programme Manager, Programme Director, Project Director or senior client services professional looking to take on a broader leadership role within a thriving independent agency.
