We’re working with a leading healthcare communications agency to find an Associate Creative Director (Art Director) to join their growing creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly conceptual art director with strong brand platform thinking to help shape impactful work for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. You’ll be someone who thinks beyond campaigns – creating brand worlds, content ecosystems and experiences that connect across channels. Alongside strong visual craft, you’ll bring a strategic mindset and curiosity around how technology and AI-enabled creativity can amplify ideas.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and evolving creative brand platforms that extend across campaigns, content and experiences
- Translating strategic insights into distinctive visual worlds and brand systems
- Concepting and directing work across digital, integrated campaigns, brand identity and experiential touchpoints
- Collaborating with strategy, design, technology and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Exploring AI-driven tools for ideation, visual exploration and scalable creative systems
- Presenting work confidently to clients and mentoring junior creatives
