Our Boston based consumer brand company is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager with 7+ years\’ experience for an immediate 20 hour a week contract; looking for someone to help set and drive the ecommerce strategy. Experience with Shopify as well as industry experience in CPG or retail required for this role. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Shopify Ecommerce site in a strategic way that delivers growth and performance for our valued partners Manage and improve a subscription program Focus on opportunities to create digital journeys that improve conversion rates, sales, and digital experience Manage on-site SEO optimization and work with the international digital team collaboratively to optimize traffic management. Make recommendations meant to drive subscriptions and growth of the website Develop meaningful brand and ecommerce sales growth on behalf of our valued partners by leveraging the tools and team support provided Conduct testing and prepare recommendations Analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to improve digital performance through merchandising, messaging, UX and more. Prepare and analyse performance reporting and lead the team to achieve performance goals REQUIREMENTS Must have Shopify Ecommerce platform management experience Strong technical skills with high level of proficiency in Shopify and a working familiarity with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Liquid). Experience with A/B Testing Website management experience Must have a strong attention to detail and effective communication, ability to communicate with using proper grammar and accurate spelling at the client level and withing marketing campaigns is a must 4+ years brand marketing, ecommerce management and direct marketing experience required Demonstrable experience of website management and optimisation for a D2C brand.
