Our Boston-based client is looking for a Graphic Designer with 5+ years\’ experience. The client is seeking someone for project-based work specifically in marketing design, including email, banner ads, and social media campaigns. If you have previous experience as a Brand or Marketing Designer and are interested in picking up some work, get in touch!

Responsibilities

  • Work as the Design lead on a mix of web and print projects, including emails, social media, catalogs, and banners.
  • Collaborate on projects with Copy and other members of the marketing team.
  • Manage workflows within internal teams to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify design opportunities across brand systems and marketing channels, working with Project Managers to define and build briefs.
  • Assist in brand and campaign workshops/brainstorms.
  • Contribute to weekly cross-company status meetings.
  • Present new designs and strategies behind campaigns, clearly articulating decisions and goals.
  • Track and manage internal creative resource allocations.
  • Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and assist in removing blockers. Escalate when necessary.

Requirements/Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Designer with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience managing digital design campaigns.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing upward effectively.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing emails, banners, and social media campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
