Established in 2019, Creative Construction has quickly built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across Bristol and the South West.

The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You’ll work closely with project and site teams, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full commercial management of live construction projects
- Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Supporting project delivery teams with commercial insight and strategy
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply-chain partners
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who is ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to grow with a business. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction
- A relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction)
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- RICS accreditation (or working towards it) is advantageous, but not essential.
