Our client, a major player in the pharma space, is looking for a contract Associate Director of Artwork Management! This person will oversee the artwork and label development process for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This role will lead a team responsible for managing artwork projects from creation to approval, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality artwork that meets brand and regulatory requirements.

This is a 6+ month contract, 40 hours per week! This role is fully remote, but must work EST hours.

**Please note – this is not a design role. This is pharmaceutical regulatory position. Applicants must have a pharma background to be considered**

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the artwork management team to ensure timely and compliant delivery of artwork for pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and supply chain, to align artwork projects with business objectives.
  • Ensure all artwork complies with industry regulations and internal standards throughout the development process.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in artwork creation and approval processes.
  • Implement best practices in artwork management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in artwork management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical artwork.
  • Experience with Esko or similar artwork management software is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
