As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our writers and video editors to bring films and games to life through social media, interpreting them with a distinct and compelling visual style. While our process is highly collaborative and teamwork is a key part of how we operate, you’ll also need to be motivated, and comfortable working independently on projects. Ideal candidates should have the confidence to lead projects creatively.
In addition to working with internal teams, you’ll be responsible for briefing and managing freelancers, and engaging with clients when needed. We work quickly and often manage multiple projects at once, so multitasking and time management skills are a must. In a fast-paced environment such as ours, and especially in a position of seniority, a positive attitude goes a long way. Last-minute requests from clients and tight turnarounds means we have to stay agile - so expect the unexpected.
Whilst this role supports multiple projects and styles, a genuine love of the movies and games, and an understanding of fandom would be advantageous. Furthermore, successful candidates will have an excellent understanding of the responsibilities and restrictions inherent in working with prestigious global brands.

Responsibilities include:- Working with the design manager across all company projects
- Implicitly understanding and actively protecting our clients’ brands
- Briefing and collaborating with other creators
- Working directly with clients where necessary - presenting work and rationales
- Treating the security of our clients' work with the utmost care and respect
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in design and social media
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team
- A minimum of seven years’ experience in a comparable studio role
- Exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Flexible and keen to support the whole team - both across design and video
- Ability to work on a range of projects from start to finish
- A love of collaboration and teamwork
- Excellent time management skills, happy to work to strict deadlines
- Calm under pressure - able to keep the energy positive when the going gets tough
- Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Google Slides
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Storyboarding and artworking for print skills are a bonus
- Passionate about games, films and all things design related
