Team Eleven is seeking a Senior Account Executive based in Bradford on Avon within the Client Services department, offering a salary of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of client projects and campaigns.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to assess briefs, evaluate suitable channels and target audience to consistently deliver impactful results. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Being the day-to-day contact for clients, internal teams and third parties, ensuring teams are responding promptly to messages (within 24 working hours of receipt) and hosting client status calls.
- Working with AD(s) to shape and drive the ongoing client strategy, optimising campaigns to achieve the best results for clients, considering performance across different channels and budget.
- Manage individual project budgets, ensuring pacing within fee and achieving income goals whilst driving the best results for clients. Ensure updates are applied to both Synergist (agency management system) and supporting Excel tracking documents including drafting cost estimates, presenting cost estimates to clients for approval, processing purchase orders, and updating master client facing budget tracking documents.
- Leading and managing campaigns across different channels including production and shoots – from cost estimate creation and client submission to final delivery and invoicing. Liaising with Traffic Manager and freelancers to schedule resources for creative projects, preparing clear and concise supporting briefs and hosting briefing sessions if needed.
- Specifically linked to shoots: play a leading role in managing shoots from pre-production to post-production and final delivery, managing PPM and implementing documentation.
- Management of budgets and attendance on shoot as senior lead.
- Ensure project timing plans for internal and client teams are in place and kept up to date, flagging any changes and communicating potential implications to budgets.
- Leading on tools and processes including project management tools (e.g. Asana) ensuring efficient utilisation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in advertising, with clients in mind.
- Build relationships across the agency, helping educate and broaden awareness of client work.
- Account admin support such as contact reports, status reports, project timing plans etc. as required.
- Provide account support across other areas of the business as needed.
