CAA ICON, a division of CAA Sport, is the industry’s leading owner’s representative and project management consultancy for the development or renovation of sports, entertainment and public assembly venues. CAA ICON has managed the delivery of more than 100 iconic venues and over 2,500 consulting engagements worldwide. We are looking to expand our global marketing and business development team with a creative and detail‑oriented graphic designer who will support marketing, communications, business development, and project‑related work streams in the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics and support content creation for RFP/RFQ responses for business development pursuits.
  • Support creation and upkeep of company brochures and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain brand guidelines for all collateral.
  • Assist with graphic production for company‑produced reports.
  • Develop, design, and update project descriptions and staff biographies used in proposals, collateral, and on the company website.
  • Assist Marketing Coordinator with website content and maintenance to keep it current, relevant, and dynamic.
  • Assist with marketing aspects of annual year‑end meetings and internal company events.
  • Manage marketing printing/production/vendors.
  • Assist with award submissions, project reports, and other project‑related marketing.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns for special events and internal initiatives.
  • Provide backup support to marketing coordinator.
  • Produce graphics that turn data and insights into clear, attractive visual storytelling.
  • Transform data into graphics that are on‑brand, modern, and easy to interpret.
  • Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and project managers to brainstorm creative ways to present information visually.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field/equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
  • Proficient in other Adobe Creative Cloud applications (ideally with Premiere Pro or equivalent video creation software).
  • Solid experience in marketing, graphic design, or related.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
  • Experience with printing processes, terminology, and methods.
  • Experience with website CMS preferred.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, multi‑tasking, detail‑oriented.
  • Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources files.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
  • The desire to work on some of the most exciting sports, entertainment and public assembly projects in the UK and Europe.
  • Understanding of how AI could be used to enhance the production of information.
