OVERVIEW
Our team of forward-thinking Football Agents, data and analysis experts, and in-house specialists work at the forefront of football business. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join our existing Analysis team and help shape the future of our company and clients’ careers.
We offer bespoke video analysis to our clients looking at developing their ability on the pitch and maximising their potential. Our Design and Analysis department are there to support the Football Agents in the recruitment of new clients, as well as being part of client care and retention.
Candidates must be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team with a desire to learn a variety of different software and platforms. They should be forward thinking, adaptive and innovative in the presentation of their work. They should be self-motivated, committed and maintain a high standard with the ability to work under time constraints, often at unsociable hours.
Candidates will be expected to be able to build a rapport with and function as part of the wider analysis, design and recruitment team; reporting into the Lead Recruitment Analyst and Head of Recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To identify and analyse prospective target players and undertake due diligence on potential recruits, primarily through video analysis
- Produce showreel footage for Football Agents highlighting the strengths of our current clients, ready to be shared internally and externally
- Be able to source best practice clips and deliver client development videos
- Be able to deliver high quality analysis sessions to clients
- Build relationships with clients and become part of their support team
- Attend regular games, reporting on both current and potential clients
- Produce work that is aligned with brand guidelines
- Regular attendance in relevant recurring meetings
- Create forms to support player retention and operational purposes
- To work alongside the data and design teams and play a part in innovation and new project creation
TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS
- Highly proficient using Apple MacBook
- Strong video editing ability (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro)
- Highly competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience using telestration tools (e.g. Coach Paint)
- Previous experience of using Wyscout and Hudl
- Experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign)
