CAA Sports UK is currently seeking a fullâtime Sports Business Affairs Assistant to support Executives in its CAA Sports division. The candidate will report to the Business Affairs Executive and is based in the London Office. The ideal candidate must be thorough, detailâoriented, flexible, selfâdriven and collaborative.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance and support to the Business Affairs Executives, including editing Word, Excel & PowerPoint documents, proofreading, summarising, running comparisons, and preparing redlines of commercial agreements and legal documents.
- General administrative support, including diary management, arranging phone calls, managing trackers, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, schedules and travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Develop, maintain and update systems to manage contractual information, including e-signatures, e-filing, referencing and indexing all business and associated documentation and data.
- Monitor client records and update client files and internal records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong academic background.
- Ideally the candidate will have some experience working as a legal secretary, PA or assistant (inâhouse or in a law firm).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail/accuracy and "can do" attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and work proactively and independently to meet demands of the organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be selfâmotivated, enthusiastic and enjoy a teamâoriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Sports industry-specific experience or interest preferred.
