CAA Brand Management is currently seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer.
ABOUT YOU: You’re a creative thinker who enjoys the challenge of creating concepts from brief to final exquisite piece. Your work is underpinned by a strong appreciation of current design and fashion trends, you love typography and you have an eye for detail. You will work under our multi-disciplinary design team to provide support throughout all stages of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead medium-sized projects independently.
- Translate brand strategy into commercially relevant creative concepts.
- Create style guides, category toolkits, trend presentations, and sales materials.
- Work directly with Brand Managers to identify opportunities for brand extension.
- Present creative thinking internally and confidently explain design rationale.
- Support junior team members and provide informal mentoring.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and creative systems.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- A diverse, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, & technical skillset.
- Experience presenting pitch decks.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Good Illustration/Asset Creation.
- Exceptional presentation/storytelling skills.
- A strong interest in typography and design.
- Strong Motion graphic skills.
