OVERVIEW
The London office is seeking a highly organised and motivated General Assistant to join the Music Touring department. The assistant will be working across the department supporting music agents with a diverse roster of clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to booking agents and the wider team.
- Maintain and update artist schedules with a high level of accuracy.
- Support the upkeep and organisation of artist assets, including press kits and riders.
- Collate ticket sales and distribute to the specific artist teams.
- Help prepare show confirmations and contracts for a wide variety of artists.
- Support tour and show announcements by coordinating artwork and other relevant information.
- Help track payments for shows (deposits / balances) when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- A good working understanding of the music industry and live events environment.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally internally.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
