THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a talented Account Director to join our award-winning global Brand Consulting team. This role involves leading one of our flagship accounts in London, a global airline with an extensive portfolio of partnerships across multiple sports and markets. The Account Director will need to draw upon their knowledge and experience working across a diverse spectrum of sporting properties to advise and guide the client on optimising their contractual rights and assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, client reporting, and budgeting.
  • Develop a strong sense of leadership with the internal account team.
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients, rights holders, and suppliers.
  • Provide strategic advice based on experience and insight.
  • Demonstrate excellent management skills to drive value for a client’s brand.
  • Become the custodian of an actionable strategy that maximises partnership assets.
  • Project manage campaign activations from ideation to execution.
  • Manage event logistics including driver appearances.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders including rights holders and agency teams.
  • Be accountable to client KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Support business development when required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Must have significant agency or in-house experience at a client/campaign lead level. Demonstrable exposure to strategic decision making, campaign planning, communications, asset development, amplification, and event management is vital. Experience in digital marketing, including devising and implementing global digital campaigns, is required. Strong people management, client servicing, account handling, and project management skills are essential. Must have an organised and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking is necessary. Confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills.
