Overview
The London office of Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking an Assistant to join their Music Touring Legal & Business Affairs team.
In this role, you will be responsible for administration and will support the Business Affairs team with tasks such as formatting and comparing documents, filing, diary management, scheduling meetings and conference calls, booking travel, processing expenses, and creating presentations.
You will also handle ad‑hoc project work and be the first point of contact for inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact: organize and confirm meetings and phone calls, and provide general support.
- Administer and file documentation.
- Compare Word documents and PDFs.
- Prepare training materials and present internally to ensure company best practices.
- Carry out research.
- Prepare legal letters.
- Support the Music Business Affairs Executive with inbound queries.
- Organize travel and process expenses.
- Provide general Business Affairs support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable attitude.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Word, Adobe, Power Point and Excel.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Confident and flexible approach to taking on new tasks.
- Confidential and discreet approach.
- Interest in the live‑music industry is advantageous.
