OVERVIEW
Within CAA Brand Consulting, over 200 specialists work with more than 40 leading brands. We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our London team, supporting our portfolio of sports and entertainment brands. The ideal candidate will have experience managing 360 sponsorship campaigns, including rights management, experiential, digital, content, and communications.

THE ROLE
Reporting to a Senior Account Manager and Account Director, the Account Manager will leverage their sports marketing knowledge to advise clients on partnership strategies and activations. The role requires organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for digital and social marketing to engage the F1 audience. Experience with social media and digital marketing is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Lead with daily account operations.
  • Plan campaigns, conduct research, generate ideas.
  • Manage social, digital, and content strategies.
  • Ensure sponsorship rights are fully delivered, activated, and measured.
  • Handle account administration, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Support global activation best practices.
  • Coordinate event logistics, driver appearances, VIP experiences.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Stay updated on trends in sport, digital, and technology.
  • Participate in networking and business development activities.

Qualifications/Requirements
Agency or in-house experience required. F1/motorsport sponsorship experience preferred, including campaign planning, communications, asset development, hospitality, and events. Global market experience is advantageous. Strong interpersonal, client servicing, and project management skills. Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure. Team player with autonomous working ability. Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for ideas. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills with attention to detail.
