About the Role
This is a strategic and creative talent management role for someone who wants to operate beyond traditional influencer marketing. You will want to do ambitious, progressive, and purposeful work that shapes new ways of working in the creator economy. You will be responsible for building and monetising creator businesses - driving revenue, bringing structure to how talent operate, and shaping long‑term career trajectories.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow into managing your own roster of purpose-driven creators - owning their positioning, income growth, partnership quality and long‑term brand value, with a strategic lens on where each career is headed.
- Act as a strategic advisor to talent - guiding content direction, audience development and business decisions, while introducing the systems and revenue streams that move creators beyond reactive deal flow.
- Identify, pitch and close partnerships - proactively building opportunities across brand collaborations, IP, events and community‑led formats, always ensuring commercial work stays aligned with each creator’s values.
- Lead campaign execution end‑to‑end - maintaining high standards, building repeat client relationships, and bringing operational rigor to every project.
- Build and leverage a strong network across brands, agencies, media and cultural platforms and actively contribute to agency growth through ideas, partnerships and new ways of working.
- Be a collaborative and trusted team member - working closely with a tight‑knit group where transparency, mutual respect and high standards are non‑negotiable.
