Based in the West Midlands, OAC is your go-to agency for personal branding and influencer marketing. We are a team of creators, strategists, and storytellers dedicated to helping influencers, founders, and brands grow profitable, impactful businesses. We are on the lookout for a creative, motivated and detail-driven individual to join our team as a Content Creator Apprentice.

This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone at the start of their career who’s ready to learn, grow, and gain real hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and creating engaging social media content (think grid posts, carousels, stories, and reels)
- Supporting basic video editing projects
- Assisting with email marketing (design and copywriting)
- Scheduling content across various platforms
- Helping the wider marketing team with day-to-day client delivery tasks
- Bringing fresh ideas to brainstorms and campaigns

- A genuine interest in content creation and social media
- A creative eye and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker - we’ll teach you everything you need to know
- Great attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines

Working With Us
You’ll be based in our Barnt Green office four days a week (+1 day per week from home for study), surrounded by a small and friendly team that loves creativity, collaboration, and making things happen.

Entry requirements: Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent Level 2 need to be at Grade C/4 or above. You need to put a portfolio of examples of content work you have created. Your application will not be considered if nothing is put up as an example.
Training to be provided
Content Creator Level 3 Standard. Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from the industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience and the opportunity for continued career progression.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:
