What Youll Be Doing Designing and creating engaging social media content (think grid posts, carousels, stories, and reels) Supporting basic video editing projects Assisting with email marketing (design and copywriting) Scheduling content across various platforms Helping the wider marketing team with day-to-day client delivery tasks Bringing fresh ideas to brainstorms and campaigns What Were Looking For A genuine interest in content creation and social media A creative eye and willingness to learn new tools and techniques Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is a bonus, but not a dealbreakerwell teach you everything you need to know Great attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset Working With Us Youll be based in our Barnt Green office four days a week (+1 day per week from home for study), surrounded by a small and friendly team that loves creativity, collaboration, and making things happen. Entry requirements Maths and English GCSE\’s or equivalent Level 2 need to be at Grade C/4 or above. You need to put a portfolio of examples of content work you have created. Your application will not be considered if nothing is put up as an example. Training to be provided Content Creator Level 3 Standard Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience and the opportunity for continued career progression. Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training.
