Become an Apprentice Account Executive at Creative Alliance, supporting our Client Services team and keeping the agency running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers across client projects, production, content delivery, and creator coordination.
- Project & content management: keep trackers, WIPs, and content calendars up to date, maintain client folders and systems, assist with general admin.
- TikTok publishing & reporting: upload and schedule posts, draft captions, collect performance stats, pull screenshots and highlights for reports.
- Creator coordination: maintain creator lists, support briefing calls, track deadlines and deliverables.
- Community management: respond to comments using guidelines, surface insights and opportunities.
- Production support: assist with props and logistics for smooth runs.
- Creative contribution: bring fresh ideas and trending moments to brainstorm sessions, share TikToks, formats and creators you’re obsessed with.

- Use TikTok daily and understand its culture, creators, and trends.
- Organised, detail‑focused, and loves keeping projects on track.
- Proactive and curious, eager to learn fast.
- Clear communicator, not afraid to ask questions.
- Can juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy.
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Sheets, and Slides.
- Enjoy quietly making everything run smoothly.

Entry Requirements
A grade C/4 in GCSE Maths & English is essential.
The right candidate will use TikTok daily and understand its culture, creators and trends.
Training
Advertising & Media Executive Level 3 Standard. Training includes seminars on preparing for apprenticeship, preparing for employer, advertising basics, foundations, commercial understanding, campaigns, standards & legislation, project management, supply chain, third‑party, briefing & approval, media buying, negotiation, data & metrics, planning, distribution, and performance evaluation.
Work Details
- Hours per week: 37.5
- Working week: Mon to Fri, 9:00‑17:00
- Location: Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B3 2PB (remote position)
Future Prospects
- Potential for full‑time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
