The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of brand activation and experiential campaigns from brief through to completion. You will work closely with Account Managers, Creative, Operations and suppliers to keep projects organised, on track and delivered to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, spinning multiple plates and making sure the details are right.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of campaigns, activations and events
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, schedules and documentation
- Organise meetings, capture actions and follow up on next steps
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and partners to keep work moving
- Assist with quotes, purchase orders and cost tracking
- Support logistics including production and fulfilment
- Monitor progress and flag risks or issues early
- Help ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to Creatisan standards
What We're Looking for
Experience
- Experience in a coordination, project support, events or agency role is desirable
- Experience within experiential, retail or marketing environments is a bonus but not essential

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage several tasks and deadlines at once
- Clear and confident communicator
- Practical, solutions focused and proactive
