Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 remote) £28,000 basic + bonus opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer who wants to work across a varied portfolio of clients and truly shape and grow their brands. You'll be responsible for designing high-converting and visually engaging assets across digital and print, including websites, funnels, and brand materials. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design eye-catching graphics for clients' digital campaigns, social media, and print
  • Create and evolve branding across multiple client accounts
  • Build and optimise funnels and websites (full training provided)
  • Collaborate with the wider team on client campaigns and launches
  • Ensure all designs align with each client's brand identity and business goals
  • Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
  • Strong skills in graphic design, branding, and layout
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design work
  • High attention to detail – this is very important to us
  • Ability to manage time and work across multiple client projects
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in web design is a bonus (training provided)
