What you’ll be doing?

  • Conversion Copy Pro – Write high-performing copy for client websites, landing pages, printed collateral, Meta ads, and sales campaigns.
  • Automation Architect – Build and optimise automated email and SMS sequences that nurture leads and increase enrolments.
  • Campaign Builder – Create full campaign journeys from ad click to booked tour, ensuring every touchpoint converts.
  • SEO-Savvy Writer – Produce search-optimised website copy that ranks and converts (experience here is a big bonus).
  • Performance Improver – Review campaign metrics and refine messaging based on data, not guesswork.
  • Brand Voice Master – Adapt tone and messaging to match each client while maintaining high conversion standards.

What we’re looking for?

  • 2+ years’ experience in Copywriting, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of website, ad, and email copy.
  • Experience building automated email/SMS campaigns (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Confident writing both short-form ad copy and long-form website copy.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Comfortable working with Google Docs, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
  • Understands conversion principles and buyer psychology.
  • (Bonus but not essential) – SEO copywriting experience.
