The role:
- Define and shape digital and commercial strategies across retail and digital banking.

- Translate data and insight into actionable plans, working closely with product and technology teams to support delivery.
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to improve strategic direction and outcomes.
- Monitor performance through key metrics, using insight to refine strategy and drive measurable impact.
Knowledge, experience and skills:
- Experience defining and delivering strategy within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong analytical background, with the ability to translate data into clear commercial and strategic insight.
- Experience working across digital and/or retail banking environments, with a good understanding of products and customer journeys.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
- A practical, delivery-focused mindset, able to move from insight to action in complex environments.
