This is a brilliant opportunity for a proven Product Leader who can demonstrate a strong story of growth within a B2C business, leading on international expansion, exec level engagement, building and leading teams and delighting customers with outstanding user experience.

You will oversee two Heads of Product and a Head of Design, with 4 product teams beneath them. Their remit touches every part of our business, and yours will too.

This is a role for someone who’s:

  • Motivated by genuine ownership from early strategy through shipping in an extremely fast paced environment.
  • Excited to coach, stretch and develop high-potential PMs, designers and Head Of’s into future VPs.
  • Able to operate with speed without compromising judgement.
  • Strong enough to lead from the front and set the bar for what great PM and Designers should act like.

Product Strategy & Direction

  • Own and articulate a clear, coherent product vision aligned with company strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Work with the senior team members to build a multi-year product strategy.
  • Drive rigorous prioritisation across teams, setting the bar for clear thinking, narrow focus, and ambition.
  • Use data, insight, and instinct to shape direction.

Leadership & People Development

  • Build hiring standards for world-class PMs and Designers.

Your Experience:

  • 10 years in Product Management - at least five at a Director/VP Level.
  • Experience leading multi-team product organisations (ideally 6-12 squads).
  • Strong background in high-growth scale-ups or consumer subscription/commerce products.
  • Deep comfort with ambiguity and speed; you’ve built strategy while also rolling up your sleeves and moved fast and broke things when needed.
