Location: Knockin Heath Industrial Estate, Oswestry. SY10 8ED

Report into: Crewing

The role supports the efficient running of a demanding and reactive logistics desk.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Assist with planning, managing, coordinating, booking and evaluating logistics operations across a range of external projects liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, crew, transportation companies and customers.
  • Work within and help to create and implement best practice logistics and crewing principles, policies and processes across the business to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Manage in-house vehicles, ensuring maintenance, checks and logs are kept up to date.
  • Working with platforms such as Team Track and Current RMS to manage the aspects of the job.
  • Be on hand to answer questions that project and/or production managers might have around booking in crew and transport.
  • Booking of travel arrangements for staff across other departments.
  • Cover the Crewing and Logistics Manager during absences, including courier organisation and booking.
  • Administration tasks including but not limited to assisting the Crewing and Logistics Manager and Warehouse Manager.
  • Working with the Warehouse and Service.
