Purpose of Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. You will support our team of Project Managers and Creative Producers, contributing to the successful delivery of live projects and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Working closely with the Senior Project team, you’ll act as the essential link between creative vision and execution – liaising with key production teams across design, fabrication, crewing, logistics and more. You’ll also support programming and coordinating content across Red Bull’s Digital Poster (DIPO) network, so an eye for visuals and basic graphic/content skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end‑to‑end event planning on Red Bull events: supporting the team to oversee complete event planning processes, from initial concept development to post‑event evaluation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Senior project team and logistical partners to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
  • Assist in ensuring effective allocation of event budgets, optimising resources to deliver high‑quality events within financial parameters and securing competitive rates with vendors.
  • Take ownership of key administrative tasks: schedules, timelines, production trackers, crew coordination, communications, documentation, and budget & sourcing support.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging event content with audio‑visual elements, stage design and special effects.
  • Support in event advancement by ensuring supplier compliances, logistics and all other preparations pre‑event.
  • Oversee and own the programming and content updates for Red Bull’s DIPO (digital posters) across the UK, managing asset delivery and scheduling in line with live activation and campaign timelines.
  • Assist with asset collation, reporting, and event debriefs.
  • Be on‑site and provide hands‑on support to the team at events, including evenings and weekends as required.

Digital Poster Specialist Responsibilities

  • Amend weekly/monthly poster schedule and accommodate changes.
  • Fulfil ad‑hoc content requests from the client.
  • Edit client poster content (price amendments, etc).
  • Act as point of contact for client requests regarding content displays (brightness, glitches, slow rotation, damages) and support on vacant patches.
  • Support on provisioning and upload of content on digital posters that Creation installs into new venues.
  • Client problem‑solving and troubleshooting for digital posters.
  • Train and upskill clients with more complex digital poster needs.
  • Assist in all digital scheduling of digital posters throughout the UK.
  • Support on physical installation and provisioning of digital posters at events/festivals.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency, live event production, or experiential marketing setting, and passionate about building a career in events.
  • A highly organised, upbeat and proactive self‑starter with strong admin and time management skills – detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple moving parts naturally.
  • Familiarity with the demands of live brand activations and clients – you know what it takes to deliver and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Resilience and adaptability – you stay cool under pressure and find solutions quickly whilst being a level‑headed, diplomatic problem‑solver.
  • A clear communicator who can confidently manage external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours and travelling for events. Due to the nature of the industry and the responsibility of managing our clients’ digital posters, you’ll occasionally be required to work weekends or respond to time‑sensitive updates for live events.
  • Basic ability in using graphics software.
  • Confident IT skills (Google Suite preferable).
  • Understanding of management documentation (RAMS, H+S etc).
  • Basic budget and financial planning capabilities.

Preferable Additions

  • Full driver’s licence.
  • Basic graphic design or digital content experience (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, or CMS tools).
  • Industry standard qualifications (plant tickets, H&S, first aid etc).

What We Offer

  • Discretionary bonus.
  • Pension contributions.
  • 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) that will increase by 1 day per annum up to a maximum of 38 days.
  • Enhanced Parental, Family and Special Leave.
  • IT equipment and accessories provided.
  • Social company events.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Company branded clothing.
