Overview
Reporting to the Creative Director, Experiential 3D Designers (Mid to Senior) are responsible for driving client briefs and coming up with creative and forward thinking concepts and designs with an understanding on the limits of fabrication and production techniques. You will be working on a variety of experiential projects and activations for a range of industry leading clients across the Technology, Fashion and Drinks sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of experiential and event projects.
- Work to briefs to offer creative solutions.
- Collaborate with the client team to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring designs align with their brand and goals.
- Support Technical Design team to translate creative concepts into technical drawings and specifications for fabrication.
- Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Staying updated on digital design trends, software, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our output.
- Assisting colleagues with presentations and/or internal documents to ensure internal house styles are maintained across the board.
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in a creative 3D design role, preferably in the experiential events / marketing or retail industries
- Have a passion for brand experience, event design and crafting unforgettable moments with the ability to translate this into creative and innovative themes and concepts.
- Proficiency in design software: Required; Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator), SketchUp, TwinMotion / Vray / Enscape. Preferential; Vectorworks, Fusion
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and spatial design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and production techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload
- Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
