We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Projects to join our exhibition stand design and build agency. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the heart of our projects department, working closely with the Operations Director to ensure every project we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering complex custom build stands, including double deck structures, and will bring the leadership capability and commercial acumen to oversee the full project portfolio whilst supporting and developing the wider PM team. This role is 80–90% hands-on project management, with the remaining 10–20% focused on team leadership, departmental operations and strategic support.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware and committed to owning this role, someone who takes pride in high standards, thrives under pressure and is ready to be a true right hand to the Operations Director.
Beyond day-to-day project delivery, the Head of Projects will oversee the full project portfolio, act as the senior point of escalation for the PM team and play an active role in shaping how the department operates and evolves.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee projects from design sign-off through to onsite delivery and post-show debrief.
- Responsible for maintaining project margins in line with company targets, with full visibility of cost vs sold.
