We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to support the development of the European region by providing technical expertise and experience to the team, customers, and partners.
In this role you will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser and product advocate.
You will also rapidly identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
The role is based in London, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
Customer Oriented
- Conduct key customer meetings with Sales Executives, offering technical expertise and support on product roadmap.
- Define vision and strategy for CRM and BPM opportunities, designing/configuring custom demos, presentations, training, and supportive materials.
- Deliver product demonstrations to key accounts, tailored to match customer expectations and needs.
- Assist in the production of RFPs and other proposals to clients.
- Design and deliver high-quality technical Proof of Concepts for prospective customers.
- Represent products to customers and at field events such as conferences, summits, seminars, etc.
Partner Oriented
- Communicate company vision to key prospect partners, aiding in their understanding of our product roadmap.
- Assist partners in defining sales strategies based on product specifics and capabilities.
Company and Team-Oriented
- Perform competitor analysis and provide feedback to R&D and Product teams, contributing to product development and Sales Enablement.
- Participate in defining deal-win strategies and region development strategies.
- Present technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to a C-Level audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant (Presales) in the Saa S/ Paa S industry, with a proven track record of success in handling complex sales deals that involve scenarios such as custom POCs and demos.
- Experience with CRM / BPM / ERP / HCM systems, or No-Code/Low-Code Platforms.
- Technical depth to respond to all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with C-level managers on the client side, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the European market dynamics, including industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and convincingly.
- Proven success in conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out of the box, identify opportunities and drive results.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Recent hands-on experience with programming within a modern web or enterprise development systems.
- Familiarity with production environments (application servers, web servers, databases).
