- Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
- Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success.
Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: at least 1 year in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and helping drive revenue growth.
- CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.).
- Understanding of Low-Code & CRM Trends: Familiarity with low-code development and CRM software, with an understanding of how these technologies impact businesses.
- Key Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Prospecting Techniques: Skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting.
