Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative at Creatio is responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and setting the stage for strong client relationships in the low‑code automation and CRM market. This role is critical in supporting Creatio’s sales pipeline by qualifying leads, collaborating closely with the sales team, and acting as a bridge between marketing initiatives and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio’s products.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low‑code automation.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand‑off for qualified opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
- Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success.
Experience
- Industry Knowledge: At least 1 year in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and helping drive revenue growth.
- CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.).
- Understanding of Low‑Code & CRM Trends: Familiarity with low‑code development and CRM software, with an understanding of how these technologies impact businesses.
