Financial Services Partner Account Manager – UK Location: London (hybrid – minimum 3 days a week at a Creatio or partner office). The role reports to the VP of Channels, Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development
    • Build strong partner relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to facilitate partnership growth with corporate and enterprise partners.
    • Use strategic thinking and relationship management to drive growth from existing partners and discover upsell opportunities.
    • Manage renewals of annual agreements.
    • Perform quarterly business reviews (onsite and remote).
    • Deliver satisfied partner relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewals.
    • Conduct regularly scheduled partner check‑in calls to maximize client satisfaction.
    • Help partners grow their skills and experience with Creatio technology.
    • Grow pipeline and close business alongside partners.
  • Partner Sales
    • Lead the partner lead‑generation process.
    • Lead the qualification process with the partner.
    • Conduct sales strategy discussions.
    • Confirm and participate in meetings with clients.
    • Tight collaboration with the sales team for rapid progress.
  • Partner Acquisition
    • Conduct deep searches on social media to identify/contact potential financial‑services‑focused partners for new business opportunities.
    • Acquire new target financial‑services partners and supervise the onboarding provision.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of partner account management experience within financial services and GSI environments.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business‑to‑business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over‑achievement.
  • Experience managing medium to large partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners and a strong regional personal network.
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Professional sales training would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Understanding of CRM and BPM applications and experience executing business solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
