Who we're looking for: AI Consultant to join our London office and help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers — driving their AI strategies, creating AI adoption roadmaps, and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. • Translate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, with success metrics and guardrails.
  • Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them — removing repetitive work, unlocking new possibilities.
  • Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems — CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, workflows.
  • Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation that enable delivery teams to implement successfully.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams across pre-sales, implementation, and adoption.
  • Support customer presentations and executive discussions around AI strategy.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, agentic AI trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.
  • Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation; comfort with APIs and integrations.
  • Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
  • Experience translating business requirements into solution designs.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

What to expect from us:

  • Growth & Development: Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
