We’re looking for a Job Coach L3 at our Kettering campus. This is a role for someone who sees potential, builds trust quickly, and believes that the right support, at the right time, can genuinely change a person’s future.

You’ll be working with brilliant young adults as they take their next steps towards employment and independence – and you’ll see first-hand the difference your support can make to their lives.
