Creating Enterprise, part of the Cartrefi Conwy Group, is looking for a motivated and hands-on Environmental Maintenance Assistant to help us keep our neighbourhoods safe, clean, and thriving. You’ll play an important role in maintaining outdoor communal spaces, supporting community wellbeing, and contributing directly to the ambitions set out in the Together Corporate Plan 2025–2028 - creating great places to live, working in partnership, and building pride in our communities.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll work as part of our Environmental Maintenance Team to carry out a range of grounds and environmental maintenance tasks, including grass cutting, strimming, pruning, planting, litter picking, site tidy-ups, and helping to identify issues that affect our outdoor spaces.
- You’ll be a visible, positive presence within our neighbourhoods and help ensure our environments are safe, welcoming, and well cared for.
