As a Duty Manager you will:
- Ensure the highest possible standards of health, safety and customer care within the centre.
- Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, building strong relationships.
- Be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation.
To develop and promote exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help to increase the usage and profitability of the centre. Conduct tours for prospective members.
Be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required.
It will be desirable that the post holder has a recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development or related subject.
