Creatime is building one of the UK’s first creatine protein bar brands. We make the world’s most effective supplement for your brain and body convenient and craveable. Each bar contains 3g of creatine and 15g of protein, all while being under 145 calories. In just 5 months, we’ve gone from an idea to launching into premium retailers, Soho House, major gym chains, petrol stations, Amazon and TikTok while building a fast growing online community around the brand. This is an opportunity to join early and help shape what Creatime becomes. This is a full-time role based in London.

Most marketing roles involve managing a tiny piece. This role is different. You’ll work directly with the founders across social, content, campaigns, partnerships and activations. You’ll have real ownership from day one and help build a category defining brand in real time. Although the role sits within marketing, you’ll gain exposure to every aspect of the business. From retail growth and partnerships to operations, strategy, product and scaling a consumer brand from the ground up. This is not a slow corporate environment with layers of approval. We move quickly, test constantly and care deeply about building something people genuinely love.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone entrepreneurial, creative and hungry to build something real
  • Creating content, editing reels, testing hooks and understanding what makes short form content perform excites you
  • Comfortable moving quickly and figuring things out without being micromanaged

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to receive equity in Creatime through our employee share option scheme (ESOP)
  • Endless free creatine protein bars

What matters to us is simple: Do you live and breathe brand and socials? If the answer is yes, and the idea of joining a brand at this moment genuinely excites you, we’d love to meet you.
