About the Company – International motion and stills production company is looking for a Director/Photographer\’s Agent/Producer for their London (UK) offices. If you have prior experience in representing talent and production, strong management skills, self-confidence and a collaborative work ethic, then you’ll fit perfectly into this dynamic team. With offices in Europe and the USA, they represent high-calibre photographers and directors who you will commission internationally for fashion, beauty and luxury campaigns. The ideal candidates will have knowledge of both stills + motion production.

About the Role – Key responsibilities to artists:

  • Collaborate on a creative level

Key new business / client services:

  • Build and maintain connections with clients
  • Seek out new business with targeted sales approaches
  • Identify potential clients and create opportunities for talent to meet with them

Production & post responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project estimates / budgets
  • Oversee all aspects of shoot production
  • Lead all production logistics
  • Source and hire necessary crew, oversee talent casting, prepare and order equipment lists, coordinate all travel etc
  • Supervise all on-set production needs
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of all invoices and costs
  • Keep track of all post production deliverables and timelines
  • Liaise between client and post production vendors
  • Manage all usages and licensees related to deliverables

Qualifications – Required experience/abilities includes: Minimum 4 years of experience in an agent+producer position at a photographic management agency. Strong knowledge of the fashion, luxury and beauty market. An entrepreneurial mind-set with a strong work ethic. Strong communication skills and be impeccably well organised.
