As a Senior L&D Partner, you are responsible for strategically designing and facilitating large-scale learning initiatives across CreateFuture that align with our goals and significantly boost our organisational capability. Collaborating across departments through strong business partnering and data-led decision making, you will tailor best-in-class, innovative learning solutions to assist in the growth of our employees and managers.
Championing an attitude of continuous learning throughout CreateFuture, you will use your subject matter expertise (including instructional design, advanced facilitation skills, learning technologies and more) to act as a consultant and coach for stakeholders on L&D best practices. You will use emerging tools like AI to keep our learning scalable, while proactively identifying opportunities for skills development and interventions that will make an impact on business performance.
Alongside the creation and roll-out of timely, relevant learning, you will be responsible for the behind-the-scenes maintenance of our learning ecosystem; ensuring our policies, training tools, and LMS are not just maintained, but optimised to provide a high-impact experience for our people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategically drives, creates, delivers and curates a variety of large scale blended learning solutions, including but not limited to self-directed learning, guides and resources, AI learning supports, workshops, training courses, e-learning and online learning solutions.
- Leads L&D projects using strong project management skills. You guide and support key project contributors to maintain momentum, ensuring the completion of milestones and overall project aims.
- Ensures that all L&D initiatives are aligned with departmental and business strategies, working proactively with the L&D Lead to meet future skills needs for the development of CreateFuture.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders from across CreateFuture to deliver learning solutions that meet the departmental and business learning needs.
- Provides best-practice advice, support and guidance to both managers and employees based on people’s ambitions and learning needs.

- You’re an LMS power user who views learning technology as an enabler, not a hurdle.
- You have experience of project management and running large learning programmes.

- Experience building processes in practice and iterating on them as you go.
- Got some subject matter expertise to share from coaching to leadership to management.
