CreateFuture is an AI-native consulting partner where people do work that matters and are supported to do it well. We’re a team of creators. We write code, shape delivery, build go-to-market strategies, develop AI solutions and create the practices that support our people. We work side by side with our clients, challenging what’s not working and helping them to build the future. Our commitment to craft, quality, and culture has helped us scale to over 600 people in just a few years.

35 days leave (including bank holidays). Private medical insurance. Enhanced parental and adoption leave. 40 hours of paid learning and development.

About the role and team: CreateFuture is an AI‑Native Consulting firm challenging “Big Consulting” by leveraging AI to outthink and outpace competitors. The traditional funnel is broken. At CreateFuture, we don’t just wait for leads; we engineer demand. We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Performance & Demand Manager to serve as the architect and guardian of our digital growth engine.

This role is about execution excellence: you will bridge the gap between high‑intent lead acquisition and sophisticated marketing automation. You will be responsible for the health of our HubSpot ecosystem and the measurable growth of our pipeline. You are a “modern” marketer who understands how to use AI to speed up delivery from drafting copy to optimising workflows, without losing human touch or brand quality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta), utilising intent data to find and engage high‑value prospects.
  • Build and manage the marketing funnel of the future, creating multi‑touch nurture journeys that guide prospects from an initial click to a sales‑ready ICP lead.
  • Leverage AI tools to rapidly draft ad copy, personalise email sequences and iterate on landing pages to increase testing velocity.
  • Act as the primary guardian of HubSpot Marketing, managing lead scoring, list hygiene and lifecycle management.
  • Work closely with RevOps to drive marketing data integrity and pipeline intelligence from marketing via HubSpot.
  • Ensure total data integrity by monitoring processes and maintaining clean, actionable data for decision‑making.
  • Serve as the primary builder and owner of Looker dashboards and reports, translating campaign performance into clear, actionable visualisations for leadership.
  • Implement and monitor automated data flows and refreshes between GA4 and Looker, ensuring all performance reports are timely and accurate.
  • Ensure robust and clean data tracking in Google Analytics and Looker, actively auditing tag management and data connections for decision‑making reliability.

We’d love to talk to you if you:

  • Proven track record in Performance Marketing or Demand Generation in a B2B environment.
  • Deep, hands‑on experience with HubSpot (automation, CRM and reporting) is non‑negotiable.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and using AI tools to accelerate campaign execution and optimisation.
  • A strong eye for detail and a love for building efficient, scalable systems.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and RevOps to align lead‑gen efforts with business goals.

What we’ll offer you:

We trust people to do their best work. That means flexibility over rigid rules, impact over activity and real investment in your growth both professionally and personally. You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly culture surrounded by smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. We offer flexible working, including hybrid and remote options. Our office hubs are located in Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, London and Bulgaria, with occasional travel to client sites or CreateFuture offices when needed.

Our hiring process: We try to keep our hiring process clear, fair and respectful of your time. We aim to get back to everyone who applies and we will be upfront about where you are in the process. It usually looks like this: Call with our Talent Acquisition Team, Role specific capability interview. Depending on the role, we might also ask you to do a short presentation, a practical or technical task or have a values focused conversation. We will explain what is involved before anything happens.

Inclusion at CreateFuture: We believe diverse teams build better workplaces and better products. We want CreateFuture to be a place where people feel able to be themselves and do their best work. If you need any adjustments or support during the application process, just let us know. We will do what we can to help. We look forward to your application!
