The Role: We are looking for candidates with direct experience working within the iGaming industry, and this is an essential requirement for the role. CreateFuture are looking for a collaborative and pragmatic Lead Product Manager to join our growing team and help us define and develop an exciting array of products over a variety of industries, technologies and domains. Our Product Managers are responsible for working with senior leadership, our internal design and engineering teams and our clients to help define and implement product strategies that are consistent with our clients’ vision. This can be from early stage research and market analysis through to development, delivery and iteration. As we rapidly scale, we’ve identified an exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager to help support our growth. This person will be responsible for shaping and leading client engagements. We have a variety of clients across many industries all of whom look to us to provide leadership and guidance. You will rapidly gain their trust and guide them toward a valuable customer focused outcome. To do this you’ll use your deep understanding of product management methodologies and a consistent application of good practice. You will also be responsible for the wellbeing of a team of product managers. You will help embed good practice and coach your team in client management techniques and the application of product management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Process Mapping: Experience in Service Blueprinting, Service Design and Customer Journey Mapping.
  • We’re looking for hands-on experience using AI within build projects, for example, creating agents, orchestration layers and autonomous processes, rather than simply using tools like ChatGPT for everyday productivity.
  • International Stakeholder Management: This is a nice-to-have rather than essential.
  • Lead clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring long term lasting relationships are made with key decision-makers.
  • Working with the team to improve, shape and structure the Product Management ways of working.

About you: Passionate about Product Management as a discipline and keen to keep up to date on emerging trends, as well as experimenting with new tools and techniques. Recent relevant experience of leading product focused engagements. Knowledge and experience of Product Management frameworks and approaches for continuous discovery and delivery. Have experience of product research and collecting evidence to support value propositions. Experience working within a digital transformation and AI consultancy, delivering technology solutions to enterprise clients. Practical experience applying AI to products, services or delivery, with a good understanding of how AI can create value for clients. Experience mentoring, coaching and developing Product Managers and supporting the growth of product capability. Have experience of using data to help drive decisions and steer the direction of the product towards the client’s north star. Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and practices. Experience leading or supporting client discovery, workshops and product strategy, translating business needs into digital solutions. Be comfortable with ambiguity and help provide clarity in all situations.

We’re particularly interested in people who are curious about how AI is changing the craft of Product Management and are actively exploring what that means in practice.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience shaping or delivering AI-enabled products, services or propositions, from early discovery through to live products.
  • Understand the opportunities and limitations of LLMs, generative AI and agentic systems, and can translate these into meaningful customer and business outcomes.
  • Have experimented with AI-native product development, using AI to accelerate research, discovery, prototyping, analysis, documentation or decision-making.
  • Can identify where AI agents or automation could change a customer journey, business process or product experience, rather than simply adding AI features to an existing product.
  • Understand some of the new product considerations AI introduces — including evaluation, trust, human oversight, data, governance and responsible AI.
  • Are proactive about new AI capabilities, tools and ways of working, and enjoy helping others build their confidence and capability too.

You don’t need to arrive as an AI expert. If you haven’t yet had much opportunity to put AI into practice, that shouldn’t stop you applying. What matters to us is curiosity, a willingness to experiment and excitement about how AI is changing products and the craft of Product Management. Everyone at CreateFuture undertakes AI-native training, and we’ll support you to build these capabilities and put them into practice.

What we’ll offer you: We trust people to do their best work. That means flexibility over rigid rules, impact over activity, and real investment in your growth both professionally and personally. You’ll be part of a supportive, and friendly culture, surrounded by smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. We offer flexible working, including hybrid and remote options. Our office hubs are located in Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, London and Bulgaria, with occasional travel to client sites or CreateFuture offices when needed. We trust you to manage your time balancing collaboration with client time and focused work. What matters is the impact you have, not how busy you look.

It usually looks like this: Call with our Talent Acquisition Team, role specific capability interview. We will explain what is involved before anything happens.

Inclusion at CreateFuture: We believe diverse teams build better workplaces and better products. We want CreateFuture to be a place where people feel able to be themselves and do their best work.
