About the role and team: This role is responsible for optimising workforce utilisation across consulting, engineering, product, design, delivery, data, and AI teams. They act as the bridge between sales, delivery, practice leadership, and talent teams to ensure the right people are assigned to the right client opportunities and projects at the right time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Resource Planning & Allocation: Match skills, experience, availability, location, and commercial requirements to project demand. Balance client requirements with employee development goals.
  • Capacity Management: Track upcoming project starts, extensions, and roll-offs. Identify capacity gaps and staffing risks. Partner with recruitment teams on hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Delivery Directors, Practice Leads, Account Directors, and Sales teams. Facilitate staffing discussions and resource reviews. Escalate resource conflicts and capacity issues.
  • Commercial Performance: Support revenue forecasting. Monitor project staffing costs and margins.
  • Workforce Analytics: Produce utilisation and capacity reports. Analyse workforce trends and future skills requirements. Provide recommendations to leadership.

  • Have 5+ years in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, PMO, operations, or consulting environments.
  • Have experience staffing technology, digital, or consulting projects.
  • Possess excellent planning and prioritisation abilities.
  • Have experience using resource planning tools and reporting systems.
