This can be from early stage research and market analysis through to development, delivery and iteration. As we rapidly scale, we’ve identified an exciting opportunity for a lead Product Manager to help support our growth. This person will be responsible for shaping and leading client engagements. We have a variety of clients across many industries all of whom look to us to provide leadership and guidance. You will rapidly gain their trust and guide them toward a valuable customer focused outcome. To do this you’ll use your deep understanding of product management methodologies and a consistent application of good practice. You will also be responsible for the wellbeing of a team of product managers. You will help embed good practice and coach your team in client management techniques and the application of product management.
Does this sound like you? Do you have experience in developing Product Managers and a passion for the craft of Product Management? Do you have an empathetic leadership style with a focus on coaching each person to help grow their career and skills? If so, we’ve got a great role for you to stretch your wings and see what you’re really capable of.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reporting into the Head of Product Operations and be able to represent the team as we grow.
- Leading a team of Product Managers and support recruitment.
- Helping embed and support career progression pathways using our development framework for personal growth.
- Providing support to the team through mentorship and coaching.
- Acting as an escalation point for the team, helping to remove internal and external blockers as needed.
- Supporting resourcing of Product Managers on projects.
- Identifying training and development needs.
- Lead clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring long term lasting relationships are made with key decision-makers.
- Working with the team to improve, shape and structure the Product Management ways of working.
About you

- Recent relevant experience of leading product focused engagements.
- Knowledge and experience of Product Management frameworks and approaches for continuous discovery and delivery.
- Focussed strongly on developing people at all stages of their career from junior to senior.
- Have experience of product research and collecting evidence to support value propositions.
- Have experience of using data to help drive decisions and steer the direction of the product towards the client’s north star.
- Previous experience of working in an agency/consultancy environment.
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and practices.
- You are able to lead and facilitate discovery workshops with clients and can easily communicate ideas.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and help provide clarity in all situations.
What we’ll offer you:
We trust people to do their best work. That means flexibility over rigid rules, impact over activity, and real investment in your growth both professionally and personally. You’ll be part of a supportive, and friendly culture, surrounded by smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. We offer flexible working, including hybrid and remote options. Our office hubs are located in Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, London and Bulgaria, with occasional travel to client sites or CreateFuture offices when needed.
