We are seeking a freelance Pattern Cutter specialising in tailoring to help bring our designs to life. While experience in menswear is ideal, it is not essential, we are open to candidates with exceptional tailoring and pattern-cutting expertise across other categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to translate sketches and ideas into accurate patterns.
• Develop first patterns from sketches, draping, or technical drawings.
• Complete pattern adjustments to achieve perfect fitted garments.
• Offer specialised solutions for construction challenges while upholding luxury standards.
• Work with various luxury materials and techniques, ensuring precision and quality.

Requirements:

• Pattern Cutting Expertise: 5+ years of tailoring experience in luxury fashion, ideally within menswear.
• Tailoring Skills: Strong knowledge of tailoring garment construction and high-end finishing techniques.
• Creative Interpretation: Ability to understand and interpret complex design visions with creative problem-solving.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency and flawless execution.
• Collaborative: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with designers and production teams.
• Material Knowledge: In-depth understanding of luxury fabrics and how to work with challenging textiles
• Fittings & Adjustments: Proven experience translating feedback into fit adjustments.
